A utility district has many responsibilities to it's customers.  One that is often forgotten or ignored is the responsibility of communicating to it's customers. Sending written notices in US mail takes time and money to accomplish.  Due to current computer technology, we have a great and fast tool at our finger tips.  A district's web site enables the district to inform customers of things that are going on relating to their utility services.  More and more of our customers have the ability to get online to utilize and spread this important information.
